Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including PO boxes. We don't ship internationally yet.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every order.

Processing and delivery times

  • Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days.
  • Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays.

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link.

How your pillow arrives

Your pillow is vacuum-compressed and rolled so it travels safely. Pat and shake it for about 20 minutes, then gently stretch it in every direction. If it isn't at full size yet, leave it in a well-ventilated spot with some sunlight. It will fully expand within 3–7 days.

Delays, lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email us at support@driftlyhome.com with your order number. We'll work with the carrier and send a replacement or a refund if the parcel is lost or damaged in transit.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address carefully. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.
