These terms apply when you use the Driftly store at driftlyhome.com, operated by Martin Vitanov, Nadezhda 3, 1229 Sofia, Bulgaria ("Driftly", "we", "us"). By visiting the store or placing an order, you agree to them.

Products and descriptions

We do our best to describe and show our products accurately. Colors may look slightly different on your screen, and measurements may vary by up to 1–2 cm (about 0.5–0.8 in).

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders you've already placed. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Orders

We may cancel or refuse an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a pricing error occurs or we suspect fraud. If that happens after payment, we'll refund you in full.

Discount codes

Discount codes can't be combined unless stated, have no cash value and may be limited to one use per customer.

Shipping and returns

Shipping and returns are covered by our Shipping policy and our Return and refund policy, which form part of these terms.

Product use

Our products are comfort products for everyday use. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. If you have ongoing sleep problems, please speak to a doctor.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
