Unbox it
Inside the plain shipping box you'll find the rolled pillow in a reusable carry bag. Unzip the bag, remove the plastic and let the pillow out.

Pat and shake it, then gently stretch it in every direction to loosen the foam.

Leave it somewhere airy with a little sunlight. It keeps expanding, and any new-foam scent fades.

What does it feel like?
Soft at first touch, then supportive as the shredded memory foam settles around your head and neck. The pieces move with you, so the pillow keeps its shape when you turn over. Give it a shake every few days to keep it full and even.
Which size should I choose?
Queen measures 28 × 17.7 in (71 × 45 cm) and King 35.8 × 17.7 in (91 × 45 cm). Both are about 7.9 in (20 cm) thick. Not sure? Use the size finder.
Is it right for my sleep position?
It's made for side, back and stomach sleepers. Because the fill is shredded memory foam, you can push and fluff it into the shape that feels right for you.
Why does my pillow arrive rolled up?
We vacuum-seal it so it travels safely. It's shipped in a plain box, rolled inside the manufacturer's reusable carry bag, which is handy for storage or travel. Pat and shake the pillow for about 20 minutes, then stretch it gently in every direction. If it's still not at full size, leave it in a well-ventilated spot with some sunlight. It will fully fluff up within 3–7 days. A light new-foam scent is normal and fades as it airs out.
How do I wash it?
Unzip the cover and machine wash it on a gentle cycle. Don't wash the memory foam filling. Air it out now and then to keep it fresh.
How long does delivery take?

Can I return my pillow?
